Please accept this invitation to submit your proposal for the renovations to the Philips Lighting Application Center located in Somerset New Jersey. The project consists of interior renovations to the Philips Theatre, Hall and four bathrooms (approximately +/- 4,940 sf). Work is scheduled to start in June with a completion Date of December 30, 2008. This is an open shop project.
