Please accept this invitation to submit a proposal for the Pike Creek Nursing Center: 10 Patient Rooms and Therapy/Dining Room Additions with interior alterations. 

Construction is scheduled to begin August 31, 2010.

Scope of Work Includes but not limited to:, demo, earthwork, landscaping, concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal fabs, wood trusses, finished carpentry and millwork, fabricated casework, waterproofing, composition shingles, sheet metal flashing, gutters & downspouts, joint sealer, hollow metal DFH, aluminum windows, drywall, ceramic wall & floor tile, carpet & resilient floor, acoustical ceilings, cultured marble vanity tops and window sills, painting, vinyl coated fabric wall coverings, cubical curtain racks, handrails, fire extinguishers, cabinets & accessories, toilet, bath accessories, coat racks, sprinkler system, HVAC, plumbing and electric.
