W.S. Cumbycompleted the construction of Phase VI of the revitalization of Lafayette Gardens, Jersey City’s oldest and largest public housing development. The project consisted of the construction of two new buildings on-site: the 30,200 SF East Building and the 37,000 SF West Building.
