W.S. Cumby, Inc. completed the construction of a new 5,400 SF greenhouse and education center at The Scott Arboretum at Swarthmore College. The new facility will replace a 900 SF greenhouse that currently exists on Swarthmore’s campus. The new facility, is pursuing a LEED Gold certification, and will includes a new production greenhouse for horticulture display, plant evaluation and office space and areas for public education, including classrooms, kitchenette and reception lobby.
