Exceptional coordination between the team members resulted in a well crafted logistics plan which addressed Pine Valley’s desire to continue their operations uninterrupted and to maintain the highest of standards for their members and guests.

W.S. Cumby served as Construction Manager for the construction of a new 24-room hospitality facility at the Pine Valley Golf Club. The Lodge at Pine Valley was constructed on a site adjacent to the fifth tee of the world renowned golf course. The scope of the project included the demolition of an existing structure, the relocation of utilities serving the main clubhouse and the construction the new 24,000 SF inn.
