Temple Beth Zion - Beth Israel, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

W.S. Cumby was recently selected to complete construction for phase one of a four-phase master plan for the historic Temple, founded in 1946. The scope of work includes preservation and restoration of the sanctuary and the installation of a new roof.

W.S. Cumby is currently providing General Contracting services for an interior renovation and an addition to the existing church. Construction is scheduled for completion in January 2011.

Mary Mother of God Church, Hillsborough, New Jersey

W.S. Cumby is currently providing General Contracting services for renovations and an addition totaling 24,000 SF. The existing sanctuary, nave, and social space will be reconfigured. The scope of work also includes an elevator, a new HVAC system, new lighting, and a new automatic sprinkler system throughout the entire building.

Beth David Reform Congregation, Gladwyne, Pennsylvania

W.S. Cumby is currently providing Construction Management services for the construction of a 12,000 SF renovation to existing offices and classrooms as well as three additions totaling 11,300 SF. A 9,100 SF addition will be constructed to house additional classroom space and two small additions will be added to the sanctuary and social hall.

Tenth Presbyterian Church, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

W.S. Cumby is providing Construction Management services for an expansion and reconfiguration of the church’s existing nursery spaces as well as improvements to circulation and accessibility systems throughout the various floor levels. Construction is scheduled for completion in October 2010.

Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center of Bucks County, Doylestown, Pennsylvania

W.S. Cumby is currently working on the construction of a 6,500 SF renovation to the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center of Bucks County, located on the Delaware Valley College campus in Doylestown. The scope of the project includes an interior renovation and exterior restoration.

Smart Women Strong Women - Swartz Gymnasium, Bryn Mawr College, Pennsylvania

W.S. Cumby is currently constructing a 25,000 SF gymnasium renovation and expansion for Bryn Mawr College. Construction is scheduled for completion in July 2010.

Tenacre Foundation, Princeton, New Jersey

W.S. Cumby is currently providing Construction Management services for the construction of a 15-bed addition to the existing facility as well as the construction of two new cottages consisting of 10 units each. Additional project scope includes a renovation to the Tenacre Service Building.
