W.S. Cumby & Son served as Construction Manager for the construction of 13 projects for the McIntosh chain including two new hotels in Wilmington, Delaware. The 77,000 SF, 131-room Marriott Hotel and the 36,000 SF, 71-room McIntosh Inn were completed simultaneously on adjacent building sites.
