The renovation and addition to the College's historic, early-20th-century brick boiler house is one of the many interesting projects W.S. Cumby has completed for this valued client over the past ten years.

This project included a 2,000 SF addition designed to match the original 100-year-old structure and accommodate the campus's expanding heating demands with the installation of a new high efficiency, gas-fired boiler. The result of this collaborative effort is a one-of-a-kind heating plant that fits harmoniously with the rest of Swarthmore's beautiful campus.
