W.S. Cumby provided construction management services for

a new 6,500 SF gallery, pool, pool-house and connecting structure for a private residence. The custom glass, steel and concrete gallery structure was designed as a sculptural element exclusively using parametric modeling. Advanced automation technology was utilized to manage every aspect of the gallery’s indoor environment, including an electronic theater control interface.
