This 150,000 SF project offers affordable independent living for individuals with physical disabilities. Within the complex are 125 new affordable housing units, a community center and 20,000 SF of retail space providing services and training for the residents. This pioneer project was over four years in development during which time W.S. Cumby worked closely with the project team to maximize the value of the owner's construction budget.
