This new, 24,000 SF facilities building was the recipient of both the 2002 Philadelphia AIA and the 2003 Pennsylvania AIA Honor Award for Design Excellence. The scope of the project included the relocation of the campus maintenance staff into temporary facilities, demolition of an existing structure and the construction of space to house the entire campus facilities operation under one roof.
