W.S. Cumby completed this housing project for the Jersey City Housing Authority. The project includes a total of 72 low and mid-rise residential units and completely revitalized the city’s oldest and largest public housing development. The revitalization plan calls for the phased demolition and clearance of the existing development and the creation of new mixed-income communities.

Jersey City Housing Authority and Michaels Development received a 2006 New Jersey Governor's Excellence in Housing Award for Outstanding Community Revitalization for the Pacific Court Townhomes project in Jersey City, New Jersey.
