It was essential that construction be sensitive to the needs of the bustling campus community which consists of nearly 900 students. Multiple connections to the existing school and system transfers were coordinated directly with Princeton Day School in order to minimize disruption to the school.

W.S. Cumby recently completed a 48,000-square-foot renovation to the existing library, music and athletic facilities for repeat client Princeton Day School. The project also included the construction of a new 46,000-square-foot addition, which serves as an extension of the library and fine arts program. Highlights of the new space include studios for dance, photography, painting, architecture and ceramics.
