This 28,000 SF fit-out of the 28th floor of a Philadelphia high rise is one of the nation's first projects to be constructed under the guidelines of LEED for Commercial Interiors.

The new space incorporates many sustainable design principles including natural daylighting and views, a sophisticated lighting control system which conserves energy while automatically adjusting interior light levels, locally manufactured and recycled materials, low VOC finishes and 92% construction waste recycling. The project received a LEED-CI Gold Certification.
