Our Special Projects division meets the specialized needs of our clients for unique projects of any size. The focus of our SPD will bring the expertise, quality, and safety culture that defines W.S. Cumby to smaller projects with reduced schedules or constrained budgets.
W.S. Cumby renovated this space over summer break to accommodate incoming students. The quick turnaround time and scale of the project allowed our Special Projects Division to complete the work. A new entryway, additional dining space, theaters and a new student lounge with meeting rooms were created during this renovation.
To meet these deadlines, our Special Projects Division uses a combination of self-performed work and a specific group of trusted subcontractors that are capable of turning the project around quickly. Using a hands-on, individualized approach to special projects, the division consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for new and repeat clients.
After serving for many years as a trusted construction partner to Sesame Place, W.S. Cumby’s new Special Projects Division returned to the park to update and refresh its appearance with smaller-scale projects, including an area for nursing mothers and restroom renovations.
